  • within the USA – 300 USD
  • within the EU – 300 €
  • outside the EU – 350 €

We ship worldwide

We ship worldwide, with a few exceptions i.e. Russia & Belarus. Please note that individual shipping costs may apply to countries outside the EU. We use FedEx and DHL as our main carriers, but from time to time we may use another operator to get your order to you faster.

We will keep you informed

We keep you updated when the item is shipped. Occasionally it may happen that the delivery time exceeds the estimated – i.e. due to covid, difficulties in sourcing a specific stone quality, or other. Yet if this should occur you will always be informed and you will have the possibility to change your purchase if desired. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and expected delivery date, and we will of course make sure to keep you informed along the way.

Delivery time

We encourage you to always check the delivery time on the specific product as you, as a customer, accept the delivery time when the order is placed. The delivery time is stated on the product page for the individual piece of jewelry. Your order is shipped directly from us to your delivery address. Yet the delivery time will always be estimated for every item.

Estimated Shipping costs, if free shipping is not obtained:
Shipping to all states within the USA:

• Free shipping is obtained with purchases at a minimum of 300 USD
• The price for shipping for orders below the minimum purchase limit is: 15 USD

Shipping to countries within the EU:

• Free Shipping is obtained by purchasing at a minimum of 300 €
• The price for shipping for orders below the minimum purchase limit is: 20 €

Shipping to countries outside the EU:

• Free shipping is obtained with purchases at a minimum of 350 €
• The price for shipping for orders below the minimum purchase limit is: 35 €

Shipping method:

We offer shipping via FedEx or DHL, including home delivery or Business delivery. Your choice will always be stated on your order confirmation.

Please note all international shipments may be subject to duties and taxes at the recipient’s expense.

ColibriGold ships five days per week, Monday – Friday. Orders received after 2 pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders that do not require production time are typically shipped within 48 hours of confirmation of payment and many on the same day of order. If you need for your order to be shipped immediately, please contact us via email and we will be glad to help!

Production Time
Much of our fine jewelry is made-to-order and may require several days of production time. Please note that the estimated ship date is listed on the item detail page. Please consider production time when you are purchasing gifts that are time-sensitive.
