This right to opt-out of the sale of your Personal Information is only available to California residents or individuals appropriately acting on behalf of a California resident.

Colibri Gold does not knowingly “sell” personal information and does not sell your Personal Information in exchange for money.  However, the meaning of “sale” under the CCPA is broad and may include certain routine business practices, including some that involve the use of website cookies. However, we use services that help deliver interest-based ads to you and may transfer Personal Information to business partners for their use, which may be considered a “sale” under the CCPA. To request that Colibri Gold not sell or transfer your Personal Information, please use the email contact@colibrigold.com  with your first and last name and your zip code.  You may still see some advertising that is not directed to you based on your Personal Information and we may use Personal Information for other purposes, such as analytics.

What this request means:

If you submit this form, Colibri Gold will not be permitted to provide your Personal Information to a third party in exchange for money or other valuable consideration, as defined by the CCPA.

What this request does not mean:

Submitting this form will not delete your Colibri Gold account or purchase history. Colibri Gold will still be permitted to contact you, via email, text, or otherwise, based on contact preferences you have previously provided to Colibri Gold. Colibri Gold will still be able to market products to you. Colibri Gold will still be able to provide your Personal Information to service providers performing services on Colibri Gold’s behalf, including but not limited to maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, processing payments, providing financing, providing advertising or marketing services, providing analytic services, or providing similar services on behalf of the business or service provider.

Upon submission of the request, you will be asked to provide your first name, last name, and email address. You will receive a verification email that will ask you to provide some additional information, such as an address, state, zip code, phone number, and possibly information about your shopping history with us. We will use the information provided to match the identifying information we have to verify your identity before processing the request.
