- Get 100% money back for your return or choose to make them as store credit for your next purchase. Refund will be made via the original payment method that you choose.
- No restocking or any kind of fee on your return. Simple as that!
Hassle-Free Return Instruction
The return process is simple and hassle-free. All you need to follow are simple instructions
- Contact our helpful customer service staff by email to receive the Return Authorization Number (RAN). A Return Authorization Number will be required for a return. Any return made without RAN will not be accepted
- All returns will need to be in their original package and in the same condition you received, jewelry must be in good condition and unworn, unaltered
- Returns and exchanges are not allowed on special orders, custom designs, gift cards, and merchandise received via already exchanged jewelry.
- Refund will be made via the original payment method that you choose.
- All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original purchase.
- Credit and Debit Cards – The same account will be credited.
- Gift Card – Refunds will be given in the form of a new gift card. Gift cards cannot be returned (except where required by law*).
- Merchandise Accompanied by a Gift Receipt: You may return your item for a gift card or exchange it for the merchandise within 15 days of the purchase date. Excludes purchases made with Progressive Lease. No refunds are issued on gift cards unless required by law.
- For Online Orders: We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges. If paying with PayPal, Progressive Leasing, or Affirm, returns must be processed via our online store only and are not eligible for exchange.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
*Please note: In certain states, gift cards may be refunded for cash once the balance is below the applicable state law threshold: Under $10.00 in California; under $5.00 in Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Montana, New Jersey, Oregon, and Washington; under $3.00 in Connecticut; under $2.50 in Texas and under $1.00 in Rhode Island and Vermont.
CLEARANCE PRICING POLICY Ticketed prices refer to the original ticketed price of the merchandise and may not have resulted in sales. Intermediate markdowns may have been taken down before the clearance prices were shown. Clearance merchandise may have been included in previous promotions. Clearance prices are available for as long as inventory exists.

- Contact us by e-mail at contact@Colibrigold.com with an Order Return Form filled in with your details (you will find the Form above) within the first 15 days from the delivery date of your order. The terms mentioned above can be extended if the last day of the agreement is on a non-working day or a Bank Holiday. If you have any queries or you would like more details do not hesitate to contact us.
- We will register your request and you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and more details regarding it.
- After receiving the confirmation and RAN please send the products the same way they have been delivered from Ship your package with a paid return label and insured for the full purchase price. This return label can be purchased at any UPS, FedEx, or USPS package delivery provider. Please ensure the return requirements mentioned below have been followed, it is your obligation to write on the parcel the following details:
- Sender: Customer’s Name and Surname;
- Sender‘s Address: Customer’s address;
- Sending to: Colibri Gold;
- Delivery address:
- Your order‘s number and purchase date;
The Customer takes full responsibility for sending products that do not meet the following mandatory return conditions:
- Items must not show any signs of wear/ tear, and must not be damaged by inappropriate handling as mentioned in our Terms and Conditions
- Items must be returned in the original packaging and with the warranty certificate
- After the product has been sent to us please contact us by e-mail at contact@colibrigold.com with the following details:
- Your chosen courier service: (fill in the courier company name)
- Tracking number: (tracking number is provided by the courier company)
- ColibriGold will inform the Customer when the item will be received. All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund. After we confirm all mandatory return conditions have been met, a refund will be issued or your item exchanged. Processing time for refunds is approximately five (5) business days from the date of the return. The refund will be generated at the time the return is processed, but the timeframe for it to reflect as a credit on your card is dependent on your individual financial institution. However, most are reflected in 5-7 Business Days.
ColibriGold.com isn’t responsible for merchandise that’s not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.
In case of the return of an item from a discounted order (or a promotion), the discount will be removed from the order. In such case, the Customer will be refunded minus the amount of the discount/ promotion and not for the entire order.
Important Notes:
The return shipping cost will be covered by the Customer.
The Customer is responsible for the items’ condition, damage or loss while it’s on their way to ColibriGold.
In the case of repeated returns, they may be interpreted as misuse or violation of our Terms and Conditions. In such situations, our company may block access to the site of the targeted users or may refuse to refuse their orders.
